have held several roles in Design, engineering, construction, and TC management in the course of my 23 years of professional experiences. I bring extensive knowledge and experience to all projects I oversee.
I worked on many projects including: The Pearl (Qatar), Barwa financial district complex (Qatar), Federation Tower (Russia), Halkbank twin tower (Turkey), Dolphin Tower (Turkey), Radisson hotel (Georgia), BSL3 Laboratory (Kazakhstan) and many other projects across Lebanon, Kazakhstan, Russia, Qatar, Singapore and Turkey.

My Background includes MSc in Mechanical engineering along with the following professional and project experience:
Plan and manage MEP works of multiple Projects.
Lead, manage and supervise the MEP Design team and follow up the design at all stages from concept to working design with Civil/Structural/Architectural and Finishing works coordination, including development of design specifications and requirements.
Experienced knowledge of MEP standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, ASTM, SMACNA, BS, EN, NEC, ICC, etc.)
Overall management of the project field activities including all construction activities, engineering, administration, interfaces with the Client, site organization and supervision/ coordination of Contractors activities and safety.
Contract administrating, Cost Management – including obtaining approval of variation orders, approving monthly or percentage based progress payments, cost control and reporting.
Specialized experience in project budget analysis/development, programming, planning and constructability reviews during design phase and later with sub-contractors.
develop testing and commissioning plans, Training plan, MS, forms, procedures, O&M manuals and project close out documents.
