I am a Chemical Engineer with 10+ years of experience in the production, quality control and R&D fields. I am a graduate of The National Technical University in Ukraine, where I obtained a degree in Engineering and an advance graduate diploma in Chemical Engineering from the same University.
My work experience comprises manufacturing, production, planning, operation and quality control for finish products and raw materials. I have a high knowledge in production, operation storage and packaging, qualified in developing industrial chemical processes, supervising and motivating the production team and encouraging positive team environment. I operated and maintained the plant and allied equipment, and I formulated, monitored, supervised and implemented production and maintenance schedules geared towards enhancing productivity and quality to meet requirements of the company. I have a logistics analytical thinking, and skills of team building and operations monitoring in addition to triggering corrective actions with strong background in the basic principles of engineering.
In addition to my experience, I have high-level interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a culturally diverse environment. I have a strong business and strategic focus as well as excellent people management and resource management skills with advance knowledge in safety and environmental condition aspects of production, a willingness to work flexibly, an understanding of health and safety, experienced at creating and managing budgets.
