• Good experience with Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS – AMOSW, Oracle Based CMMS & Maximo).
• In charge of the routine maintenance & planned maintenance of plant equipments, rotating equipments, earthmoving equipments, auxiliary equipments & marine vessels (Jan De Nul & NMDC).
• Experience in maintenance of equipment’s from Volvo, Hitachi, Liebherr, CAT, Terex, JCB etc.
• Experience in maintenance of Mobile & Crawler Cranes, Excavators, Truck & Loader, Forklifts, Telehandlers & Auxiliary Machines like Diesel Generator, Compressors, and Pumps.
• Experience in maintenance of Cranes like Liebherr HS895, Hitachi Sumitomo 6000SLX, Hitachi Sumitomo SCX2800, Hitachi Sumitomo SCX1500, Terex RT780, and RT670.
• Experience in maintenance of Excavators, Trucks, Loader, Dozer like CAT 740, 980, 966, 385, 330, D7R, D6T, DP150, Hitachi EX1200, Hitachi ZX870, Volvo L350F, L220G, L120G, A40F, EC380, EC360
• Coordinate with plant operations, maintenance, warehouse, procurement & commercial departments and other contractors, third parties, vendors and service providers to effectively manage the workshop activities.
• Monitor the purchase and issue of spare parts, consumables, lubricants, tools and equipment from stores and to monitor stock inventory levels.
• Experience in preparing annual maintenance budget for spares, consumables & man power, annual maintenance plan & five year maintenance plan.
• Responsible for developing maintenance tasks, plans and schedules including estimation of
man-hours, materials and resources required for workshop activities.
