I have been working as a Senior Charge Nurse for more than 18 years, 15 of which have been in the UAE. Currently I am working in one of the hospitals under Ministry Of Health in UAE , in ICU & CCU as a nurse In charge (more than 10 years ) as well as Master’s Degree holder of Quality Management (MQM) from University Of Wollongong in Dubai (UOWD) with Distinction .And at the same time I am passionate about teaching, coaching and learning to optimize patient care , so I am a Basic Life Support Trainer Certified by American Heart Association(AHA) , certified ACLS provider from AHA , as well as IV therapy trainer for nurses in the hospital & active member in MOH IV therapy taskforce , and health educator for people. I have had a role in preparing for the JCI accreditation. have passed HAAD Licensure Examination for Registered Nurse on march 6, 2013 (HAAD-RN ) Participating in many nursing Conferences as speaker .
