My name is Adel Adlan a mechanical Engineer from 1997 till now when i begin work between 1997-2001 I worked as a site Engineer (The Egyptian Ministry Of Electricity-Projects Sector).The 1'St project I worked in it ( Installation of Al-Lahoun Hydraulic Power Station-Egypt-Al Fay-um) and during This MEGA Project I learned the many good skills and the important I skill is the ability to make the finishing view from the start point of project receiving.It is a good chance for me to see and share in works installation.After That between 2001-2004 I worked as Operation Engineer (The Egyptian Ministry Of Electricity-High Dam Power Station-Egypt-Aswan) and during this period i work with the way to operate and connect the power plant during the operation of the different systems which achieves the perfect required operation with the fast response with any fault warning alarm.After that between 2003 to 2009 i worked as a maintenance engineer in (The Egyptian Ministry Of Electricity-High Dam Power Station -Egypt-Aswan) during this period I have become able to know how to analyze faults and to identify faults with less effort and cost.After that between 2009-2012 I worked in the construction field as a technical office engineer in (Fiafer For Construction & Trade-KSA-Riyadh) and during this period I have become familiar with the implementation of mechanical works in addition to the design methods of various mechanical systems . After that between 2012-2016 I worked as MEP Construction Manager in (Saudi Ben Laden Group-KSA-Mecca) and during this period. I have been able to manage the implementation of the project (the third expansion project of the Holy Mosque of Makkah) from the first phase of the second and third phases to the coordination with the other sections of the project implementation to ensure the progress of work according to the timetables of the project.
