My roles & responsibility,
• Provide Design & Engineering services to the Process Automation Projects. Lead a team of Site Engineers. Co-ordinate with OEM & Sub-Contractors.
• Prepare project schedule, Breakdown project activities, track project deliverables, generate engineering documents & download those to team members.
• Providing Pre- Sales Support to design the solution according to customer requirement.
• Involve self in Configuration & Calibration of Home theater speakers, AV Equipment.
• Involve self in Software configurations of IP cameras, Addressable fire system, Access control & Automation system.
• Prepare project specifics SOPs/Checklists/Tools to maintain consistency in quality & to reduce cycle time. Follow organizational process assets during project run.
• Attend cross-functional team meetings to follow up project activities such as procurement, Integration, Testing etc.
• Manage assigned projects to ensure scope is delivered on time, on budget and high quality & Customer satisfaction.
