a “ Sr. Executive Quantity Surveyor “ in Design & Coordination Department.

iii) “DINANTH MANGESHKAR SUPER SPECIALITY HOSPITAL” (3Basement + Ground + 14 floor), Pune, having Slab area 6,10,570 Sqft with project cost Rs.36 Million on labour rate basis.


2) Since June ’06 to March’08 with PARANJAPE SCHEMES (Construction) LTD. Pune as a “Quantity Surveyor” in MIS Department.

AV ASSOCIATES, Sangli is an Architectural and Consulting firm engaged for development of residential buildings and commercial projects, bunglows, educational buildings as well as interior and landscaping works.
Handling responsibilities like Laisoning with Corporation, R.C.C. Designer & Client, Bill checking, site supervision, tender preparation, rate analysis, preparing drawing & details etc.
