Petrochemical Experience:- DCS panel operation engineer ( Yokogawa Centum VP & Emerson Delta V ) , Gas cracking unit, furnace, ethylene production, Quench tower, Sulphur recovery unit, Dilution steam generator, water stripper, Condensing polishing Unit, steam turbine pump, high-pressure centrifugal pump, chemical dosing pump.

Commissioning Experience :- GCU-Furnace -VI,GAIL PATA,USC, STONE WEBSTER, Commissioning & pre-commissioning of STLX, PTLS, Steam drum and all high pressure pump -3 nos, DSG feed pump- 1Nos, Steam Turbine Pump and all instrument commissioning like F&G,LT,TIT,FIT,FV,UV,LCV,HHA,HL,LL,LLL,TRIP,Override,fail to open, fail to close.Also, execution of all documents and data integration across the shift commissioning.

Chemical Industry Exp:- Experience in distillation(AVU, CDU) and hydrogenation of Meta-cresol, Isopropyl alcohol.
Hydrogenation unit, Catalyst re-generation & Reactor on Honeywell & Forbes Marshal. Material/energy balance using SAP, Baffle fish.
