I am an Engineering Graduate with a first class Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering having more than 32 years strong experience in Petroleum Refinery Industry in Process Engineering, Operation, Project Planning, Commissioning and Production Planning functions.

Currently I am working in Corporate Support division of Abu Dhabi Oil Refining Company (TAKREER), Abu Dhabi since September 2011.

Prior to working in TAKREER, I have served Bharat Petroleum Mumbai Corporation Ltd. (BPCL) Mumbai Refinery in various capacities after starting my career there as Operations Officer in August 1984. Provided strong technical support in managing Mumbai Refinery business covering most of the process units.

I have also served Nigerian National Oil Company’s Port Harcourt Refinery as Advisor Process Engineering during 1996- 1998 on deputation from my parent company (BPCL).

Extensive experience in Core Crude Oil Refining Business and Management leadership roles. Valuable experience in handling in-house minor projects and in conceptual study of Major Projects related to Crude Oil Refining processes. Worked as Advisor Process Engineering while on deputation for two years for the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation’s Port Hartcourt Refinery, Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Rich Process Engineering experience handling various Crude Oil Refinery process units. Received Award in the year 2003 for “Excellence for Creativity & Innovation” from then Honorable Minister - Ministry Of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government Of India under National Petroleum Management Program while working as Operations Manager-Distillation, Bharat Petroleum, Mumbai Refinery.
