I am an HR professional with more than 8.7 years of expertise in the areas of talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, grievance handling, HR Analytics etc. I hold a PGDBA degree from SIES College of management studies, Mumbai. I was last associated with MSCI services Pvt. Ltd as Sr. Associate HR until Sept 2014.

Due to an minor accident where I tore my ligament I could not join the new organization on time and hence my offer was revoked. Now that I have completely recuperated from my injury, I am looking forward to accept new assignments that would match my profile. I am open to multiple locations like Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore and international locations like the middle east.
