At present working with Dyanamic Engineers Limited Noida as Head of HR - Manager HR & IR and Administration. Policy and decision making role.

Previously worked with ITC Limited and HT Media Limited as Plant HR. Main achievement organized Volunteer Retirement Scheme in ITC Limited for approx 2000 employees and Pension settlement from PF department, handling Govt Issues and Union Management.

Present working as in complete gamut of Human Resource and IR, Training and development, Factory Establishment and Statutory Compliance. Policy & Decision making. Monthly payrolls factory, handling bulk recruitment, interview, selection, training and development for required department. As compliance manager working on compliance software reporting same Directors. Working on SSC software for segmenting PO generation budget approval matrix.

Following Factory and Labour Act as per UP state government ruling for factory premises. Recruitment & Selection. Industrial relations, employee grievance handling and arbitration with Union and management are part of my regular working. Labour participation, employee welfare and employee engagement, annual appraisal system, monthly payrolls, employee advance, rewards system, employees joining, employees induction, suspension, disciplinary inquiry and full and final, exit interviews are my key role. MIS of employee data. Statutory compliance for annual and monthly returns to government department scheduled under all Act applicable to factory premises. Maintenance of Statutory registers as per Factory and Labour Act. Following laws of compliance of PCB UP (Hazardous Products & Bio Hazardous) along with ETP management as per factory Act.

Also responsible for Administration and Security for Factory premises and cost savings measures.

Previously working with ITC Limited and HT Media Limited as Plant HR handling all above mention role of HR & IR for approx 700 employees, this exposed me to media, manufacturing and service industries and managing for five distict (Bareilly,Lakhmpur, Pilibhit, Shajahanpur, Badayun).
