I am graduate mechanical engineer have a vast experience in projects, maintenance and operation steel plant. My experience summary include :

 Handled Trunkey EPC Projects in Steel Plant. (Steel Melt Shop division)
 Handled Operation and maintenance after Project completion. (i.e. CCMs and IFs in SMS).
 Handled PPC (Rolling mill) actual size planning and metallurgy for charging billets to roll in Rolling mill.
 On Shop Planned Mechanical Maintenance in Steel Melt Shop (Preventive and Corrective).

Projects experience include in starting project from installation up to commissioning. Induction furnace for 10 to 35 MT, LRF - 20- 35 MT, AOD - 25 t0 55 MT , EOT cranes , CCM 4/7 mtr rad , 6/11 mtr , 10.25/19.5 mtr rad bloom caster , slab caster 8 mtr rad , current associated with 25 MT Electric arc furnace installation.

 Managed to handle Electrical also and right now handling both Electrical and mechanical maintenance as Maintenance In charge. Can handle faults of ACS 500 series ABB drives. Induction furnace Panel (10-25MT) Card parameter settings and panel maintenance Electrotherm make. Knowledge of installation for Furnace duty transformer 5000KVA/1000V to 7000KVA/1000V and commissioning.
 Specialization in handling any CCM operational, maintenance and metallurgical defects. Induction furnace maintenance (10-35MT), Pollution control Equipment, AOD convertor (25-55MT), LRF (25-55MT),EOT cranes (15-110MT),Tower cranes ,Orange Peel Hydraulic grabs and Raw material handling system –like Charging chute both oscillatory cam synchronized with drive motors and vibro feeder with vibrating motors, Conveyors, Escalators, Shredder Machine Daneli (50-100MT/hr).
