In today’s changing work environment I have a strong belief that HR should now function in more roles within companies to support them. With a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and B.Tech In Aeronautical Engineering coupled with Ten years of experience I believe I have the needed skills to excel.
My role at my current job has changed along with the changing needs of my company. In addition to the traditional HR duties my position has evolved to include Change management, Succession Planning, Annual Plan, Knowledge Management, Cost Reduction, recruitment social media sourcing hiring training and participating in organizational development. In this manner I function as a strategic partner for my company as well as a sponsor and advocate for employees. My combined education and experience make me an excellent choice. I have tried to diversify my industries from automobile, Airlines , Defense Manufacturing, FMCG, Services in my learning Years to make me capable to handling a complex leadership role.I believe in talent acquisition and retention. As a HR Professional my focus is on the best interests of all in creating employee-centered company environments.
