· Led and supervised 8 Direct Reportees which included Digital Marketing Manager, Vendor Manager, Ecommerce Operations Manager, Category Manager, Warehouse Manager, Procurement Supply Chain Manager and Logistics Manager and around 48 team members in multiple teams
· Owned the P&L for categories, set category GMV contribution margin targets and worked with various teams to achieve them including increasing client. Including Marketing strategy and overall brand awareness
Developing end to end eCommerce process, Stratergy and overall development.
· Generated additional revenues through various tie-ups and built the whole eCommerce and service segment from scratch.
