Adept at conducting inspections of instruments such as Transmitters, Temperature Elements, Control Valves, Switches, Sensor, etc at various vendor shops. Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets. Planning and effecting routine/predictive/ preventive/ corrective overhauling maintenance schedules of various equipments & machinery to increase machine up time and reliability. Managing resources to perform project activities in a cost effective manner; dealing with consultants/ licensors/statutory bodies for compliance of requirements. Identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment through application of troubleshooting tools.
