After completion of Masters in Engineering, I have put to my credit about eighteen (18+) years of experience in Oil & Gas sector.

Recently worked on JACOS project as Lead and Stamping Engineer.
Previously:
• Lead on NWR Project with Toyo Engineering, Canada. Monitored progress & quality between workshare offices. Participated and achieved ‘cost savings’ on various items. Prepared manpower estimates, activity plans and schedules.
• Lead Civil Structural team on Suncor’s TRO site, where I had active involvement in Building Permit activities apart from walk downs etc. and site visits to represent client. Resolved various technical problems on site.
• Lead Field Engineer on Suncor’s Firebag site, looking over to FB3, FB4 and Wellpads.
• I lead, team of fifteen on Suncor’s wellpad project and completed the project under aggressive schedule saving complete one winter for construction.
• Successfully executed modularization on Syncrude site, where structures were not initially designed for modularization.
• At Technip Malaysia worked with management team for bid selections and subsequently monitored sub-contractors for their design work. Also supervised contractor’s design work for offshore structures.

Designed world’s largest Clarifier Tank Foundation on Suncor project. Designed culverts for heavy traffic on Jacos project and designed Heater Foundation apart from designing modularized Pipe rack and other industrial structures, static and dynamic pumps etc.

I have put on my experience through my association with MNCs like JACOBS, FLUOR, TECHNIP, UHDE and now TOYO Engineering. Some of the major clients were JACOS, NWR, IMPERIAL OIL, SUNOR, SYNCRUDE, OPTI CANADA and so on.

Following are my accomplishments in brief:
• Effectively and economically designed sphere tank foundations in high seismic zone on lump sum project. Designing sphere tank foundations was a major challenge for the team when joined the organization.
• Completed FB 4 Wellpads project under aggressive schedule and challenges during project duration. Saved complete one winter from construction point of view.
• Added value with due diligence by challenging & changing grout type for Hot Bitumen Tank base, avoiding major repairs in future on FB3+ projects.
• Due diligently insisted to have fire proofing on stair columns and beams under prevailing conditions avoiding future issues.
• Built a best team and teamwork on Opti Canada Project.
