Key Areas :

Market Development : Generating enquiries by meeting various customers in the construction areas and assist them to select the right equipments for meeting their requirements.
Preparation and submission of offers, convert the offers into orders by regular follow up. Assisting the customers with the Financers towards sanctioning of the loans.
After Sales Service: Organizing Installation, Commissioning and trial run of the products through service departments. Establishing Annual Maintenance Contract with the customers for providing after sales service

- Sales Engineer,Voltas
Responsible for marketing of Powerscreen, A Terex Group make mobile Crusher & Screening Plant and also Voltas make stationary Crusher & Screening Plant in the state of West Bengal , Bihar, Orissa, Jharkhand and Eastern India.

Responsible for marketing and providing after sales service for various ECEL make Construction and Material Handling Equipment in West Bengal.

My job responsibilities in brief includes the following :

Generating Inquiries
Preparation and submission of offer.
Follow up and collection of Order.
Interaction with the financiers for sanctioning of loans.
Liaison with ECEL for supply of Equipment.(ECEL-Escorts Construction Equipment Ltd. )
Installation and Commissioning of the equipment through our service network.
Establishing Annual Maintenance Contract for providing after sales service.
Organizing Service Camps for providing imparting servicing training to the customer.
Deployment of service personnel for attending
Maintaining service records for various machines.
Preparation and submission of Fortnight reports to ECEL on warranty, service records, payment status, etc.
