Over 27 years experience in Construction , Construction Supervision and Management of major Highways and Interchange / Roads&Bridges / Infrastructure with services works ( Drainage, Storm water, Irrigation…etc ) Projects and multi-disciplined works including civil / structural Engineering, and building works. Including the position of Project Manager, Resident Engineer , Head of supervision and co-ordination for number of majer Projects and working experience on major construction project assignments, in a managerial role, holding a position of in-charge and in control of subordinates. Extensive experience in Construction Management. Experience working in the Gulf Countries and Middle East – United Arab Emirates ( Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi – AlAin ) Sultanate Of Oman (Muscat, Nizwa, Sur Region, BidBid ) and Jordan ( Amman ) – with special experience in constructing in – city Interchanges. Experience in attending public inquiries as Highway specialist Projects Management and specialist advice on Roads networks schemes.
Also Leadership skills to motivate and organize project staff and contractors’ staff to achieve a performance level that is above expectation. Extensive skills in handling multi-cultural work environment. Proficiency level in the use of the English language. Knowledge of contract law and experience of managing contractual disputes and arbitration issues is a plus. Extensive experience in Risk and Project management, QA/QC procedures and in the application of safety procedures and practices. Strategic thinking skill for advice on the most efficient construction technique and contracting strategy.
