Abdulhamid Saleh

My career grew through 24 Years of Experience including a series of leadership roles across corporate finance, investment treasury, accounting, Credit Risk, budgeting & investor relations. Through these roles, I delivered proven results in corporate restructuring and turnaround, re-engineering, and launching new businesses.

In 2012, under my finance leadership, Hyde Park Co. (Ex–Damac Egypt) obtained 1.2 B EGP as syndicated loan from NBE and was able to resolve it’s problem with Land Authority, In 2013 I success to close a securitization deal with NBE with total 2.2 B EGP. And In Jan 2016 being team leader for largest IPO for Hyde Park, - In Progress -

In addition I served in Mixta Africa (Spain) as Egypt Branch Head of Finance; My Experience also included senior financial positions in Hyundai Egypt, Dorcas Touristic Dev. and Auditing sector in one of largest Offices in Saudi Arabia.

I completed Pre-Master studies In Accounting from Helwan University, and completed many diplomas from known universities and institutes in Investment & Profit analysis, Accounting and Auditing, I hold a Bachelor of Commerce – Accounting from King Saud University in Riyadh.

In 2014 I was selected to serve as BOD Member, Auditing & Risk Committee of Regional Information Center (RITSEC) and Regional Information Institute (RITI) in Egypt.
