A Marketing professional with 8 yrs experience in Retail & Hospitality industries.
Currently employed as Marketing Manager with Dana Bay - a mixed residential & hospitality development and a projected touristic city which houses "Dana Beach Resort" - a luxury beachfront resort operating 111 villas and "Golden Tulip Resort" with 104 beachfront villas. My job includes creating yearly calendars for all 3 brands. For Golden Tulip Resort, I work in coordination with Golden Tulip corporate Marketing office and apply their corporate brand guidelines.
1) I work closely & supervise a team of 5 graphic designers in the creative agency to ensure all creatives/copies are in-line with brand identity & guidelines.
2) Collaborate with cross functional teams/dpts (F&B outlets, Recreation, Ladies Spa, Dive club & Equestrian club etc) for promoting facilities through both organic & paid media resulting in increase of 2% revenue YTD.
3) Developed & execute Marketing plans, plot the yearly Marketing calendar, build brand awareness through various promotional programs for both b2c (beachfront chalets) and b2b (Banquets & Catering/Meeting Rooms). 4) Lead and manage all digital campaigns, from ideation to media planning to optimization and performance analysis via google analytics. Spearheading all efforts and goals on organic and digital paid media: SEO, SEM, Display, Paid Social, App Install, Affiliate, E-mail Marketing etc
