My expertise lies with delivering IT solutions through global delivery model while leading operations based out of offshore canters. I have versatile knowledge in multiple domains like Manufacturing, Retail, Construction and Automobile industries. I have managed various Implementations and Production support projects over the period. I bring to the table an expertise in Business Consulting, , Project Management, Team Lead, and User Training as his forte. I have very high-quality understanding on onshore/offshore model, working and interacting with business users, requirement gathering, writing BR documents, and Gap analysis, Functional Designs, and Test scripts.
