I take this opportunity to introduce myself, Abdul Khader P Manha. I began my career as a HR professional in NGO’s in India and subsequently moved to all HR related discipline. I have 10 years of experience in Human Resource Developments ( India and Middle east ) encompassing the wide range of HR activities which include Recruitment , Training, Compensation and Benefits Managements, Organization Re-structuring .
Currently I have been working with a well-known Trading and Construction group in Qatar for in the capacity of HR Manager, having around 600 employees.
I hold Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) from ICFAI University and Diploma in Personality Management &Training ( DPM)
My primary focus in life is to go that extra mile in whatever I undertake. In most of the organization I have working previously I might have entered them for a particular job but soon I would be doing a number of activities along with my own specialization.
