I have looked not only at the P/L for the given portfolio, but also made sure that future of Business remains brighter by predicting the market, product life cycle, customer life cycle, Emergency of Newer needs and trends by Identifying the right product registration and launch,after doing complete protifolio and SWOT analysis involving Customer,consumer , competition, vendors, entry and exit Barriers and PESTLE analysis and other economical factors.
