On boarding& Induction
• Manage on boarding process for all new Joiners.
• Handling joining formalities and conducting NTO for new joiners.
• Ensuring Document Verification, Asset allocation, Query resolution & On boarding session.

Employee Engagement
• Facilitating training & development programs for employees such as knowledge sharing programs on new products, new development.
• Suggesting and implementing creative engagement activities for employees
