I have 14.5+ years of experience as a Piping engineer highly experienced in Stress analysis & support selection, good with material activities like selection of materials; Purchase requisition, Technical bid evaluations etc. Acquaintance with layout activities, Worked in the areas of onshore Oil & Gas, LNG Storage terminals, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical projects and offshore jobs. Specialized skills: Highly skilled on CAESAR-II Analysis of Liquefied natural gas Cryogenic Pipelines, Liquid Oxygen, Liquid Nitrogen, Liquid Hydrogen Process gas, crude oil piping, Other Thermal piping, buried pipelines, 2 Phase lines, slug flow lines, Pulsation lines, PSV & BDV lines. Combination of buried and above ground lines, Lines connected to Sensitive Equipments, Revamp jobs & etc. With various load case combinations, includes wind and seismic related cases. Operate Caesar dynamic modules for relief valve, modal analysis, etc.
Perform FE analysis and qualify the equipment nozzles with Nozzle PRO tool.
