• To plan and execute all the maintenance activities such as Preventive, Predictive and Breakdown maintenance Of the ROTORY and STATIC equipments.
• To maintain / repair all the equipment timely in the specified area to minimize the loss of production / to reduce downtime of breakdown maintenance.
• Preparing job planning for the next day and planning for material to be required.
• To maintain and update the IMS formats/documents history card, lubrication schedule, spare list and spare stock.
• Cost optimization by implementing various techniques.
• Condition monitoring of critical equipments.
• To ensure availability of spare parts, procurement and do the necessary follow ups.
• To plan maintenance activity and assign job to the reporting officer.
• To analyze, review to help in finding out repetitive failure area.
• To review and maintain the time schedule in completing the assignment / job.
• To maintain records of equipment for history (SAP system).
• To complete work with best safety standards.
• Overhauling Maintenance of the mechanical equipments.
• Planned/ Unplanned Shut down planning and preparation.
• Improvement in Reliability of Equipments, Changes & MOC Creation/Execution.
• Preparation And maintaining Documents for AUDITs.
