Totally 17 years of broad QA/QC experience in Design, Construction, Commissioning, Installation and Project management at Project Site, Fabrication Yard and Corporate office in the field of Oil & Gas ONSHORE and OFFSHORE Operations which includes EPC of Offshore Floating Production Unit, On plot Piping, Off plot Pipeline, Storage Tank Construction, ASME/ API Stamp Vessel Fabrication, Plant Maintenance and Shutdown.
Management experience in establishment, operation and maintenance of quality management system in accordance with ISO 9000 with the capability of developing quality system, quality plans, work procedures and inspection plans by analyzing the risk in each special process and ensure customer requirements are met.
Well versed in quality improvement techniques, resolving issues, carrying out root cause analysis, quality risk assessment and non-conformance investigations;
Provide technical guidance and QA/QC support for procurement activities, technical bid evaluation, design reviews during FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication, testing, installation, commissioning and start-up stages of the project.
Implementing ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 17025, OHSAS 18001, ASME Stamp and API Monogram management system in operations. Develop new procedure, update existing manuals/ procedures, maintain master/ obsolete document register.
Plan & lead the internal quality audit team, report audit/ risk assessment to management and project team, perform root cause analysis, follow up on the corrective/ preventive actions. Maintaining NCR, Audit Finding/ Risk Analysis and Customer Complaint/ Feedback Registers.
Conduct subcontractor/ supplier/ vendor audits and qualify the process capability as well as QMS effectiveness, monitor quality performance and initiate review meeting, review & approve documents.
Provide analysis on Cost of Quality for management. Lead the quality team in failure/ risk analysis, problem solving, design appropriate corrective and preventive actions, record the lessons learned.
Conduct quality tools training for operations and propose improvement plan.. Ensure company activities fulfill HSE requirements and regulation. Initiate training or programs in order to reduce risk level, accident rate and energy consumption in the company.
Identify the areas of inspection, organize QC personnel’s, oversee the daily quality inspection activities, collect and analyze quality records and develop risk based improvement plans, resolve quality issues in site.
Coordinate with project oriented subcontractors in quality issues/ quality inspection, ensure periodic submission of RFIs and completion of inspection activities, chair the weekly quality meeting.
Perform Vendor/ supplier inspection where required, identify Non-conformance if any, prepare Inspection Release Note, review documents and release the material, coordinate with TPI where required.
Coordinate with Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning team in preparing & reviewing packages and obtaining Client approval. Prepare final QC Dossier.
