Websphere Administrator Services ,5-10 years

· Experience with .Net or J2EE platforms
· Very Strong experience in Microsoft networking, security, proxy and messaging components
· Experience with Microsoft IIS, Apache or IBM HTTP Server
· Experience with Windows Server and Unix/Linux operating systems
· Experience with LDAP platforms and technologies (Novell eDirectory/Identity Vault, Active Directory)
· Deployment of Applications ( .Net Framework)
· Experience in installing and configuring .NET Framework
· Scripting knowledge (powershell, vbscript etc)
· Good knowledge of middleware products/environments.
· Understand build/install/configuration process
· Good knowledge of Web Sphere Application Server (including admin skills) and MQ Series.
· Excellent communication skills
· Exposure to Monitoring tools such as IBM Tivoli, release management BMC ARA
· Team Leading experience and Should be willing to work with offshore teams.
