Web Developer

Roles and Responsibilities:
o Design and Develop complete web solution
o Experience of object oriented programming and procedural programming.
o Expert in PHP5, JavaScript, (X) HTML, HTML5, MySQL, CSS, CSS3, JQuery, AJAX.
o Hands-on any PHP based framework/CMS.
o Smarty templating and Front-end development including jQuery.
o Understanding of open source projects like Joomla, Drupal, Wikis, osCommerce, etc.
o Experience in Web Application development, integration with payment gateways, shipping gateways,
Google APIs, 3rd party APIs (FB, EBay, Amazon etc.) , Location services, Geofencing etc.
o Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services.
o Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas.
o Strong debugging skills and the ability to easily and quickly read and modify existing
code.
o Registering web domain names and organizing the hosting of the website.
o Researching current design suit.
o Implement and administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools
etc.)
o Analyzing search data to select the most relevant search keywords for a client website.
o Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and reports in order to develop and recommend SEO
strategies.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
o Should be self-motivator and a quick learner.
o Should have developed all aspects of various websites/applications.
o Expert in AJAX DOM manipulation.
o Comfortable working with UI/UX designers to bring best output.
o Strong interpersonal communications skills and will-do-attitude.
o An understanding of Business to Business markets (B2B).
Job Specification
o Graduate with Minimum of 2+ years of Digital/Web development experience.
o Good sense of design (typography, color, layout, etc.)
o Able to juggle assignments while maintaining a high quality of work, with special attention to details and
adherence of deadlines.
o Must provide portfolio and code samples.
