. Job Description for VBA and Database developer :
*Responsible for Business Process Automation /VBA/Access/VB Scripting
*Requirement Study/Analysis with Business team
*UAT, Live deployment and Support
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge and experience of working with VBA
Knowledge of user-forms, class libraries, Excel add-ins, PPT add-ins, Work add-ins, COM add-ins, Connections (using VBA) between various Microsoft Office applications (excel - power-point - word - outlook)
Should have good problem-solving skills with an ability to assess problems, recommend appropriate solutions and implement them.
Database tools knowledge (Access/SQL knowledge) and APIs would be appreciated.
. 3-5 years SQL Server development and database management
Perform activities encompassing all operations of database platforms, including modeling, designing, and creating objects to facilitate development.
Experience with data replication, synchronization, and data provisioning
Manage security of database systems and maintain confidentiality
Suggest and implement improvements to the database systems and processes
Document the structure, processes, and design of all the solutions being implemented
Manage jobs for backup, re-indexing, database optimization and related tasks
Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
