Roles & Resposibilities
· Preparing the TFR (Technical Feasibility Review) indicating the detail of process performed in each stage.
· Preparing ISIR documentation like Control plan, Process Flow Diagram, PFMEA, PSW etc.
· Concession requisition for raw material & specification from customer in TFR.
· Working on new project.
· Tooling (Welding fixture, Press tool, Drilling Jig etc.) trials during the tool testing stage.
· Analyzing & studying of welding assemblies.
· Problem solving.
· Calculating develop length and bend center length of sheet & pipe bending.
· Setting manufacturing processes stage by stage for new product
· Studying & analyzing of customer’s product drawing.
· Quality Control of new develop part.
· Knowledge of measuring instruments.
· Knowledge of instrument calibration.
· Handling customer problems.
· Tool setup at machine for bending.
