Job Description:

The goal of the position is to provide quality vocational instruction ensuring a high-level of technical achievement and learning experience for every student. The person will need to plan and deliver the training and execute assessments so that the learning needs of each student are met and they meet the high standards of the employers and external accreditation authorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop training plans and deliver training
• Record all assessment information and give feedback to candidates, share relevant information with other managers regarding candidate progress and barriers to progression.
• Provide flexible learning and assessments which meet the learning needs of a range of students
• Participate in curriculum development, material development, testing, evaluation and feedback tools
• Skills Required
• Demonstrated leadership skills in professional practice
• Demonstrated skills in listening, communicating and collaborating
• Life-long learner with knowledge of current best practices that improve student learning
• Expertise in working with adult learners and leading staff development
• Excellent organizational, communication, supervisory, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
