Core Job Purpose- Primary purpose of this position is to receive the inbound calls from the customer and share the required information. ( No sales) Banking process
Current Processes: Banking Process
Desired Candidate Profile:-
Candidate should have the pleasant personality
Good presentation and convincing skills.
Excellent conversational and customer service skills
Candidates should be fluent in speaking English.
Hard working, with decent IQ level.
Education: -
Under Graduates, Graduates & MBA will be preferred.
Any kind of customer service experience will add advantage.
Job Location: -
Delhi/NCR
Shift Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
Compensation Up to 25k pm In hand depending on the Interview. & Lucrative incentive based on quality customer handling.
