Skills : Proficient in Windows XP and Win 7 operating systems and good knowledge of file systems and registries
Proficient in toolsets such as Wise package Studio, Install Shield, SMS installer, Radia, Citrix, SMS Installer, Novell Zen works, Altiris
Good in technical trouble shooting and problem solving
Proficient in Application Compatibility Tool Kit
Familiarity in using VMWare and Ghost Images
Experience in VB scripting
Remediating compatibility issues in win 7
Proficient in ITIL frame work
Must have Knowledge in application Re-Packaging, Application Compatibility testing and Software Distribution
