Job Description:
Handling whole Recruitment cycle.
Sourcing the candidates through job portals.
Screening of the candidates through job portals.
Lining them up for further rounds.
Filling all vacant positions of the company and providing most eligible & effective manpower to the company through portals, references, social network, etc
Taking feedback's for interviewed candidates & continuously coordinating with them till final selection.
Negotiating salary with selected candidate and discussing salary break up, if accepts then move on to next step
After acceptance of offer issuing, it contains all the details regarding every document which candidate has to submit on his joining.
Following up with candidates till joining and then handover the candidate to concerned department.
Responsible of recruitment for Junior to Middle level and sometimes for senior positions.
Understanding the requirements of the clients and then sourcing the right and matched resumes as per the requirements by the client.
Apply different methods for Recruitment process: Using portals, doing mass mail, taking references, through social network, etc. Using different portals as to search the right candidate such as: Naukri.com, Monster.com,Shine.com,Times jobs.com and Linkedin.
