Requirment for BDE:
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Business Development Executive to help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new clients and promote our brand name or business with the new clients. He/she should be prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.
The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
> Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
> Actively seek out new Business opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
> Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
> Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on Brand / services.
> Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
> Collaborate with other teams/companies to achieve better results.
Requirements
Proven experience in Business Development Executive role
Proficiency in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for work.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Graduation or MBA.

Experience in IT & Non IT or Non IT.
Making use of effective recruitment and resourcing strategies such as focused portals, networking, and reference generation. Handling initial round of HR interview in order to judge the candidate's suitability.
Attitude, Academic & professional qualification, experience, communication skills etc, before forwarding it to the client.
To play mediators role in negotiation between clients/companies
Candidates in order to keep both party profit and satisfaction.
To maintain MIS.
Requirment for Marketing Executive:
Job Responsibilities:
· Must have knowledge about concept marketing/Concept selling.
· Meeting with clients to discuss and identify their requirement.
· Must have experience to client servicing and Client relation.
· Lead generation (Targeting for manufacturer & wholesaler).
· Must have experience in branding and promotion.
· Attend Meetings and generate business for PAN India level.
· One on One survey for an upcoming brand in the market, done much competitive analysis.
Skills:
· Must be good in Communication.
· Should have Presentable skills
· Should have Negotiation Skills.
· Leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth for company.
Experience:- 1 to 3.0 yrs.
Salary:- 15k to 20k per month.
