Job Summary

Responsible for performing ongoing quality checks to ensure client Quality SLAs are met and identify continuous potential areas of improvement. Maintain the Standard Operating procedures for all processes and conduct Quality feedback sessions. Responsible to conduct Refresher trainings to the team besides conducting system tests and PKTs on a regular basis.

Physical Demands

Requires visual and auditory acuity adequate for frequent use of computers and occasional use of other office equipment. Ability to move through the Office to supervise employees and activities, to sit for long periods, and to perform desk, office, and administrative activities.

Requires detailed analytical ability, frequent and constant judgment, self-ownership, ability to make decisions and motivation to collect every dollar. Requires English language skills for constant high-level written and interpersonal communications.

Essential Job Functions

  • Perform ongoing quality checks to ensure client Quality SLAs are met
  • Process level audits are performed to meet the client requirement
  • Setting up QA process for upcoming clients
  • Interacting with the client to understand and capture all requirements of the process
  • Assisting Operations team to identify potential areas of improvement and actively participate in improvement initiatives
  • Maintenance of the Standard Operating procedures for all the processes
  • Train the team on the quality concepts and identify improvement areas
  • Responsible to prepare weekly and monthly Quality Dashboards and act accordingly to fulfill the quality control requirements
  • Responsible for conducting Quality feedback sessions and update the team on the findings
  • Responsible to conduct Refresher trainings to the team in conjunction with the Trainer
  • Preparing the MOM and circulating it with all the stake holders
  • Should have sound knowledge on the QA documents and documentations
  • Develop clinical outcome based quality programs
  • Analyze and evaluate data from evaluation and outcome related projects
  • Conduct system tests and PKTs
  • Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures
  • Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
  • Work with Team Leaders and Operational Leadership & make sure each Revenue Cycle delivery function (Charge Capture, AR, PP, Billing, etc.) is performed per the SOP
  • Own the audit process for each clinic by process

  • Should be a Graduate
  • Qualification: Graduate - B.Sc, B.Com, B.A. Preferable Statistics graduate
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training / certification from reputed institute would be added advantage

  • Knowledge of complete medical terminology
  • Demonstrated professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive patient information
  • Experience in RCM is a must
