UI Developer Requirement:

HTML5, CSS3, SCSS and LESS and Bootstrap4.
Understand business problems and provide design solutions.
Strong knowledge of prototyping tool (wireframing) that accurately represent concepts.
Sound knowledge of JavaScript libraries like j-Query, Prototype, Ext., tableless layouts.
Understanding of Browser compatibility and standard Compliance (web 2.0 standards).
Knowing any modern framework like Angular, React, Vue JS is plus.
Should possess good oral and written communication skills.
Interact collaboratively with designers, developers and project managers.

UX Designer Requirement:

Substantial experience in Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, and Sketch.
Creative mind to bring ideas to life.
Good visualization /graphical/ technical skills, ability to design Web, Intranets and Portal apps, with inputs from customers and teams.
Understand Mobile first Design is a plus.
Understanding of current design trends, and the desire to innovate using relevant mediums.
Working knowledge of typography & illustration, layout, composition, branding, ability to ideate from scratch & carry it through execution.
Should possess good oral and written communication skills.
Interact collaboratively with designers, developers and project managers.
