Key Responsibilities : 

•  Ensure Delivery of TalentSprint’s Structured Digital programs at the Partner Center. 
•  Fulfil pre-sales activities like program demo, program flow, program counselling and telly calling. 
•  Ensure SOP for Enquiries, Admission, Collections, Billing, Batch planning & Allocation.
•  Facilitate and implement process improvement ideas to improve overall process efficiency and customer experience.
•  Work closely with various internal groups to understand business requirements, implement new processes and contribute to on-going process and product improvements.
