Job Description
Position : Trainer / Sr. Trainer / A.M. Training
Trainer Job Duties:
Conducting sales training. Prepare and develop Training plans and calendar.
Providing content, resource, assistance and support to sales representative. Conduct behavior and motivational training sessions
Conduct and prepare competition analysis.
Conduct market research and analysis.
Determining training needs by traveling with sales representatives and creating training need analysis. Creating sales pitch and demo guides, ensuring the basic hygiene (grooming) of the representative.
Observing sales encounters; studying sales results reports; and accordingly take appropriate action/step for improvement if required.
Maintaining individual results and accordingly change resources and steps for improvement. Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques.
Supports training financial objectives by recommending budget items; controlling costs. Should be always updated with current updates/technology/trend in market and accordingly implementing same for the representatives.
Accomplishes sales training and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Reports generation with analysis that how the training helped the representative.
Job profile includes travelling to branches for training purpose.

Base Location: Pune
