Tender Executive

We have an excellent job opportunity for the post of "Tender Executive" with one of the IT client @ "Mumbai-Khar Road"
Job Description:
1. Reporting to the Tender Manager and part of TPT ( Tender & Pricing Team), the role is an integral part of a dynamic and busy team dealing with multiple clients at any given point of time and plays a key role for facilitating price decisions.
2. The post holder must build relationships with internal field force, cross-functional departments as well external bodies.
3. Studying, preparing check-list and completing Tenders.
4. To follow relevant procedures for Tender compilation, authorization and dispatch.
5. Registration and/or renewal with various Govt. Procurement agencies.
6. Carrying out Pre & Post correspondence, submitting agreements, contracts Submitting quotations / rates in response to inquiries floated by the institutions / clients.
7. Coordinating with Sales and engineers PAN India for execution of orders
