- Maintain Excel Sheet Year WiseIncoming Enquiries, Web Enquiries, India mart Enquiries.etc (Twice in a week).
- Maintain Different Sales Sheet Year Wise- Residential Clients, Society Clients, and Corporate Clients- Sales Executive wise. (Monthly twice).
- Send Sales Report to Manger-Daily/ Weekly Basis.
- Support
Sales team for closures on phone. - Take the scheduled
of visit , Installation, Repair Work. - Co-ordinate With Sales Person Regarding
Visit , Measurement , - Prepare Quotations of Residential, Society, Corporate clients on
excel / word / PDF. - Follow up for sales closures Residential Clients, Society Clients, and Corporate Clients.
- Prepare Work Orders with the help of receipts of Actual work done by
installation team and forward it toaccountsdepartment . (Daily) - Prepare and send Courier on daily basis.
- Co-ordinate with Installation team for Installation Schedule and payments follow up.
- Handling CRM on daily basis.
- Handle day to day petty cash and cheque deposits /
banktransactions .
Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 3 to 4 years
Annual CTC: As Per Company Standards
Location(s) of Job: Bengaluru
Languages: Kannada, Telugu, English. (Regional languages are certainly a plus point)
Minimum Education Requirements: Graduate
