Making outbound calls for empanelment of retailers, manufacturers, importers, dealers with our portal.
Follow Up & Coordination for documentation of retailers, manufacturers, importers, dealers
Ability to develop & maintain positive working relationship with clients (retailers, manufacturers, importers, dealers).
Follow up with incoming leads.
Generate leads/prospects over the phone.
Listen attentively to Seller need.
Send mailers, maintain complete database & reports.
Candidate should have a positive attitude & should be goal oriented.
Candidate should have good presentation and convincing skills
Excellent conversational and customer service.
Achieve daily Call & lead generation targets & monthly empanelment targets.
Coordinate with sales & marketing department
Capture and update customer information accurately
