JOB DESCRIPTION
· Sound knowledge of General Insurance products (Motor or Health)
· Should have good command on Hindi or English with pleasing communication skill.
· Minimum of 6month experienced as a telecaller.
· Follow all leads of team which they generate by calling.
· Assist and co-ordinate with sales team to close prospects.
· Fix the meetings with interested clients.
· Communicating courteously with customers over phone, email etc.
· Ensure timely information flow to customers to ensure cash inflow as per the set payment schedule.
· Maintain customer records by updating CRM/Software.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
