Technical Trainer

Job Specifications:

Need to have minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience as Technical Trainer in GCC/Home country

Candidate must hold B.Tech/Bachelor degree

Should have good communication skills

Should have good experience in diesel repair and diagnostic experience

Should have strong mechanical or electrical knowledge

Job Description:

Provide administration and oversight of initial and continuing training for Service programs which include Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation & Controls.

Responsible for the development and maintenance of all training materials used to ensure training materials and programs are maintained current and within industry and regulatory standards.

conduct product installation, diagnostic and repair training.

Support all light vehicle equipments and issue all product applications as required.

Provide Technical Training and soft skills using methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, and workshops.

Develop and produce materials for use by learners and trainers including Trainers Guide containing all schemes of work and lesson plans

Develop and implement competence testing programmers to establish skill levels of existing staff and identify training need.

Good Automotive business knowledge in designing materials with standard process
