Job Description:

Candidate Profile: Education and Experience

Graduate fresher’s and Undergraduates with minimum 6 months technical experience can apply
Should have excellent written and verbal English skills
Ability and willingness to learn
Good listening and responding skills
Should be willing to take up challenges and go extra mile to perform work responsibilities
Should have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure

Work in (24*7) shift; rotational

(Skills, Knowledge and Behaviors)
1) Strong Problem Solving and Troubleshooting Skills thinks logically.
2) Working knowledge of personal computer architecture and network architecture.
3) Server support operates on callback model where the cases are created for the customers and the engineers call the customers depending upon the severity of their issues.

Hardware Identification and Troubleshooting
Operating System Installation, Navigation, Configuration and Troubleshooting
Application Navigation, Configuration and Troubleshooting
Internet and Networking
Protection Software Usage, Configuration and Troubleshooting
