Technical Sales for US Process

The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls regarding Technical issues of US Customer.
· Should have Good Customer handling skills.
· Should have excellent sale pitching skills.
· Should have excellent communication skills & convincing power.
· Should have at least 6 months experience in technical sales in US
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Provide grammatically correct, specific and actionable feedback to ensure effective coaching with Minimal impact on recipient efficiency.
·Willing to work in night shifts.
· Should have the ability to convince customers.
. Should have good knowledge of Computer Hardware Desktop, Laptop and Printers troubleshoot.
. Should have knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and MAC, networking and general application Software.
. Responsible for PC support in off-sites location
· Provide accurate, timely solutions to end-user
·Should be comfortable in 24*7 shift
