1.Handling US Inbound calls regarding technical issues.

2.Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.

3. Developing long time relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.

Skills Required:

Freshers are welcome.

Candidates from International BPO industry are considered.
