Technical Sales Executive

Job Description:

- Receive and diagnose customer’s tech related issues in our fast paced call and web based operations center.

- Sell Subscription Plans and enroll customers as per process & policies of Indus Logix India Private Limited.

- Primary specialists in the education of technical support issues related to software and general assistance with various third party applications.

- Identify incidents, then document and retrieve pertinent information for logging, tracking and further troubleshooting.

- Meet assigned productivity goals such as number of contacts per hour and first call resolution of incidents, CSAT, Sales revenue & conversion etc.

- Various other duties as assigned by Technical Support Manager, Supervisor, Team Leads, or Associate Director of Support Operations

Desired Profile:

Applicants must have:

- Graduate in any discipline

- Three year Diploma from a recognized Board/University

- Drop outs are also considered

Experience:

- Minimum 6 months of upfront sales experience in a Technical Support Process (Desktop / Laptop / Printers / Routers / Security Software/ System Utilities).

- Candidates exhibiting sales aptitude and willing to work in a high pressure sales environment.

Position applied for should be a natural/acceptable progression in the candidate career

Verbal and Written Skills:

- Speech clarity, voice clarity, good pronunciation and should not have a strong MTI (Mother Tongue Influence)

- Good spoken as well as written Grammar (Conversation Flow and sentence construction)

- Reading, comprehension and responding skills based on the International Language Proficiency Rating System

Environmental, Physical and Other Requirements:

- Willing to work in shifts, rotating as schedule requires

- The weekly offs may not necessarily fall on the weekend

- The candidate should be willing to work on public holidays/festivals if scheduled/required
