Position: Technical Sales Executive
Candidate should make Effective Sales Pitch to the Customer.
have good convincing and selling skills.
Be responsible for providing telephone and remote diagnostic technical support related to installation, operation, configuration, customization, performance, and usage of assigned products.
Sales and delivery of Technical Services and Support for major Brands like Apple, Dell, IBM, Lenovo, Acer, HP, Gmail, Yahoo, Facebook & Quickbooks Etc.
troubleshoot and resolve client tech issues related to computers, routers, and printers.
Do fixation of Virus and Malware intrusion Etc.
Diagnosis & resolving of the hardware problems and troubleshooting.
Desired Profile:
Graduate / Pursuing Graduation / Drop outs.
